Ed grew up in Cincinnati, attended St. Xavier High School, and graduated from Miami University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. After graduation, Ed rose for 14 years within the ranks of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceutical Company: in sales, sales training, leadership and marketing. From this perch, he was recruited by a regional FM company with aspirations of becoming a national player. Ed was hired to lead the sales and marketing teams and promptly led them through a national account team reorganization, major growth in their field office model and revenue growth from $40 Million to $98 Million in three years. In 2015, Ed was recruited by WJW Associates to lead the Facility Management operations in the newly formed WJW Management. Under Ed’s leadership, WJW Management has registered greater than 60% growth each year, as they too have moved from a regional to a national player.

Ed and his wife, Amy, have two children. When he is not working or spending time with family, Ed serves as an Executive Board Member for the non-profit Cancer Support Community. He has also been a long time Youth Basketball Coach for his childrens’ teams.
