Three of our partner Marriott Hotels were having problems with their windows. Fogginess and leaks were negatively impacting the guest experience and causing damage to dry wall and carpets. Marriott engaged WJW to assess and install replacement windows, replace drywall and paint to restore the rooms to their original condition. Our team worked with the General Managers and Directors of Engineering at each location to make the replacements with minimal disruption to business operations. We provided them with a precise schedule for each site, detailing the time periods when specified rooms would be impacted and when specified parking spaces would need to be sectioned off for the crane. Another successful enhancement to a work and living environment.
